By agreeing below, you acknowledge and understand that the owner is responsible for the correct operation and regular maintenance of the equipment as outlined below. The correction of any issue that is not a product fault is not covered by this warranty.

Owner Responsibilities: A) Operate and maintain the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions. B) Clean or replace the air filter(s) regularly as required. C) Keep the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit clear of obstructions (e.g., dirt, leaves, plants). D) Ensure the condensate drain remains clean and unblocked. E) Replace exhausted batteries when necessary. F) Apply additional corrosion protection if the product is installed in a corrosive environment (e.g., near sea air, industrial pollution).

If a service call identifies that the issue is due to a failure to follow the above requirements, or no fault is found with the equipment, the following charges will apply: • $90.00 call-out fee • $150.00 per hour (minimum two hours charged, excluding GST)
