The HVAC design for the Oran Park Resi 3 residential development has been tailored to support comfort, efficiency, and long-term reliability across a multi-storey residential complex. Each apartment is equipped with a high-efficiency reverse cycle split air conditioning system, providing both heating and cooling tailored to individual unit needs.

Mechanical ventilation systems have been incorporated for all common areas including car park basements, corridors, lobbies, and service rooms. Car park exhaust is provided via a jet fan or ducted system.

Stairwells and fire-isolated lobbies are mechanically pressurised to support life safety in accordance with NCC requirements. Additionally, bathroom and kitchen exhaust systems are ducted and terminated to compliant discharge locations, ensuring indoor air quality is maintained throughout the development.
