The HVAC works at Kent Terraces, 90 Werombi Road, Grasmere, involve the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of energy-efficient reverse cycle split system air conditioning to each of the 20 retirement apartments. Each system is designed to serve the living areas and master bedrooms, with indoor units either wall-mounted or ducted based on ceiling configurations. Outdoor condensers are positioned in designated plant areas or balconies with adequate drainage, acoustic treatment, and weather protection.
Mechanical ventilation is provided to all internal bathrooms, ensuites, powder rooms, and laundries via ducted ceiling-mounted or inline fans. Kitchen rangehoods are ducted to the exterior to ensure compliant and effective exhaust. All ventilation systems are designed to meet NCC 2022 and AS 1668.2 requirements, with airflow rates verified during commissioning.
