Ventilation

We specialise in the design and installation of both commercial and residential Car Park Ventilation Systems. Car park ventilation systems are required to exhaust pollutants produced by vehicles.

Using CO monitoring, we ensure there is sufficient air extraction to remove pollutants, while maintaining maximum energy efficiency. Our smoke extraction and ventilation systems are designed to rapidly remove smoke during and after a fire.

BMS System

BMS System

A building management system (BMS) is a control system that can be used to monitor and manage the mechanical services of a building. BMS systems result in operational and maintenance cost savings, as well as energy consumption tracking.

Stair Pressurisation

Pressurisation is a method of protecting escape routes against the entry of smoke by maintaining the pressure within the escape route at a higher pressure than that in the adjacent space.

Most high rise buildings employ a stairwell pressurisation system to keep the stairs clear while operating at a low enough pressure that an average person can open the doors to enter or exit the stairwell on their way to safety.

Fire rating

We use a highly reputable Vermiculite Fire spray to protect ductwork where fire protection is required. This product is sprayed onto ductwork or steel beams to provide fire protection for up to 120 minutes.
