Our intumescent fire dampers combine ventilation with essential fire protection. Under normal conditions, air passes freely through the grilles for effective airflow. In the event of a fire, the intumescent material rapidly expands, sealing the grille and preventing flames and smoke from spreading through the ductwork.
Motorised Smoke Fire Dampers are designed to automatically close in the event of fire or smoke, stopping the spread through your ductwork. They allow airflow in either direction during normal operation and close securely when elevated temperatures are detected — protecting occupants and limiting fire damage.
Collars contain intumescent materials that expand when exposed to high levels of heat, sealing the ends of melting pipes. This prevents fire and smoke traveling through piping systems into other areas.
