ST. CLAIR GROVES CARE COMMUNITY

The facility will be served by a centralised HVAC system comprising variable refrigerant volume (VRV) systems for individual room temperature control, coupled with ducted systems for common areas. Each resident room will be equipped with its own VRV indoor unit, providing independent heating and cooling control while minimizing energy usage and noise.

Key communal spaces such as dining rooms, activity areas, and therapy suites will utilise ducted fan coil units connected to external condensing units, ensuring balanced air distribution and comfort. In areas with higher occupancy, such as lounges and dining halls, the HVAC design includes CO₂ sensors and demand-controlled ventilation to maintain fresh air intake and optimize efficiency.
